Your subscription automatically renews after its term expires. You
can turn off the auto-renewal feature on your "Billing History & Credit Card
Info" page or by contacting customer service.
Auto-renew extends your subscription to a month to month membership at your existing monthly rate (exclusive of any bonus or free time that you may have received).
We do not issue pro-rated refunds for early cancellation of any subscriptions
except as otherwise outlined in our
Terms of Use
.
In the event that your credit cards are ever denied, we reserve the right to
resubmit your credit cards for approval within ten days of the initial decline
or to the maximum extent permitted under applicable credit card rules and
regulations. We will not resubmit your credit card if you have made payment
through another source.
We may use a credit card processor outside the United States to process your
transactions. In some instances, your bank or credit card issuer may charge
you a small "foreign transaction fee."
Before purchasing any service, please check with your bank or credit card issuer
for more information about its policies regarding foreign transaction fees.
Products purchased using mobile billing payment may be more expensive than other payment methods due to third-party network fees. Orders through mobile billing might not be refundable.
